Welcome to Production Soup's On-Demand Video Production Service. This guide will walk you through the entire process from start to finish, ensuring you have a seamless experience.

Step 1: Log into your Production Soup account and navigate to the "Services" section.

Step 2: Select "On-Demand Video Production" and choose your desired date and time. Ensure your booking is made at least 3 days in advance.

Step 3: Confirm your booking and complete the payment using your credits. You will receive a confirmation email with the details.

Note: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.

Step 1: You will be assigned a dedicated project manager who will contact you to discuss your project requirements and any special instructions.

Step 2: Collaborate with the project manager to finalize the shoot location, schedule, and any additional services required (e.g., scriptwriting, storyboarding).

Step 1: On the day of the shoot, our crew will arrive at the specified location 30 minutes before the scheduled time to set up the equipment.

Step 2: The standard on-site service includes up to 3 hours of filming. Additional hours can be purchased using credits or at an hourly rate.

Step 3: The crew will follow the shot list and any special instructions provided to capture the required footage.

Step 4: After the shoot, our team will store a backup of all raw footage for 60 days.

‍

Step 5: You will receive access to the raw footage via a secure link within 48 hours of the shoot.

Note: Clients retain full ownership of all raw footage.

Step 4: Our editing team will work on the project and provide you with a draft within the agreed timeframe.

‍Step 5: Review the draft and provide feedback for revisions. The number of revision rounds is based on your selected package.

Step 6: Use the "Message" tab to communicate with your project manager and crew members directly. Keep all communications clear and concise to ensure a smooth workflow.

Step 7: Provide any last-minute instructions or updates using the messaging feature.
